Answers:
1. Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this. In fact there are no extra charges at all.
2. Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is affected by the number of people staying in the apartment. Apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent. Prices include all taxes and there are no further costs or hidden costs to consider.
3. There are Extra taxes?

4. How much do I pay to make the booking?
To make a booking you need to pay a down payment of 20% of the total charge. This is non-refundable.
5. How and when do I pay the rest of the money?
The remaining 80% of the rent must be paid upon arrival in cash.
6. What is the deposit I have to pay on arrival?
On arrival you will also be asked for a deposit against damage made during your stay. This must be done in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
7. Is there an extra charge for cleaning?
There is extra cleannig tax to pay once, the ammount will change considering the apartment and the number of people.
8. How often are the apartments cleaned?
The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay you are responsible to clean the apartment. When you leave the apartment is not necessary to clean towels and sheets.
9. Where will we get the keys?
We will meet you in the apartment to give you keys and to make rest of payment. For this reason you must call us upon arrival to Barcelona.
10. What time can we arrive / departure?
The time arrival / departure is free if there are not any compromise for other costumer.
Arrivals after 21:00h will represent a cost of 25 €
Arivals from 23:00 h to 01:00 will represent a cost of 40 €

11. Who will meet us at the apartment?
An Agent from Holidays in Barcelona will meet you to give you the keys and is who you shall pay rest of the balance in cash .
12. Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water etc?
There are no extra charges for gas, electricity and water, only in case of monthly rents
13. What is the minimum stay?
We require a minimum stay of three nights.
We don' t accept one night.
14. How to get from Barcelona airport to the city centre?
•TAXI - This is the easiest and quickest way. It takes about 20 min. and the ride should cost around 25-30€.
•BUS - Every 20 min. there is a bus departing to the city centre (Catalunya Square) A one-way ticket costs around 5€.
•TRAIN – A train is departing every 30 min. to Sants train station, where you can take the underground, a bus or a taxi . A single tickets costs around 3.50€.
