The district sits between the historic Gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, and the enormous covered market “Mercado del Borne,” where significant archaeological remains have recently been uncovered. The apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, on a famous street full of historic buildings and close to all of the interesting monuments in Barcelona. It's situated in the trendy neighborhood of El Born, with its artisan cafés and bars, clubs and restaurants, art galleries and museums - including the Picasso Museum, Textile Museum and even the Chocolate Museum.
The Cathedral of Barcelona is just a short walk away, as is the famous Placa Sant Jaume, home of the Catalan Government headquarters. A short five-minute walk will take you to Las Ramblas, where you can enjoy the variety of shops, cafes and attractions of Barcelona's most famous promenade.
The apartment is well served by public transport - the nearest metro is just a 2 minute walk away - and for sun lovers, a lovely 15 minute walk takes you right to the beach.

The apartment is in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as stunning original features such as wooden beams, 5 balconies make the apartment complete exterior and full of Mediterranean light.
New reformed and 100 metres up to 7-8 people, brand-new refurnished. This apartment is a lot bigger than the general offer in Barcelona!
The apartment itself can sleep up to 6 people comfortably and occasionally we accept 8 persons, with 3 double bedroom with 1 double bed each and one double sofa bed in the living room.
There are 1 bathroom, big and complete with bathtub. It is fully outfitted with kitchen equipment.
Is fully equipped with all you may need: fridge (with freezer), heater, air conditioner, satellite TV,CD player, internet connection, telephone and the complete household furnishing.
The apartment captures the typical characteristics of the Born Quarter old building. The building (build in 1800) is been renovate to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the historic facade of the ancient gothic quarter. Is located in a beautiful and famous pedestrian street called Montcada where is the museo Picasso. We can tell you that this street is considered one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona.
The apartment is in a 1st floor without lift. Subtle lighting and a calm atmosphere makes any guest feel the true medieval Barcelona experience. A holiday stay in this exclusive accommodation is one not to be missed.
