This apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter close to (Barcelona City Hall) PLAZA CATALUÑA, BORNE, SANTA MARIA DEL MAR CHURCH and HARBOR You will be just 200 metres from the BARCELONA CATHEDRAL, 200 metres as well from the RAMBLAS, NEAR SAN JAUME SQUARE and CALLE FERRAN, a really important street with a huge amount of historical sightseeing’s, that will take you straight to the famous Ramblas. Other nearby attractions: PICASSO MUSEUM, BORNE, PLAZA REAL just 100 meters. the most historic area in Barcelona. In Gothic Quarter, you will find a typical tapas bars, museums, shops, etc. The apartment is fully equipped and has a nice balcony. Near Touristic bus, Metro or Bus directly to SAGRADA FAMILIA. Close to BARCELONETA BEACHES and BARCELONA MARITIME PORT and typical fish restaurants. Possible to visit walking in a 10 minutes distance.

Nice, clean Barcelona Apartment with marvellous location,
and Gothic, Old Town feeling. Felt like steping on History.
Near daily Cultural Attractions and Night Barcelona Activities.
Is great to have Air Conditioning as well.

[04/05/2009] Kyra and Maxime: Our stay in Barcelona has been wonderful.
The apartment was really well,
nice and clean, and nicely located.
We did love the apartment, and had a great time for sure.
We were not aware of the Check in and Check out time,
that should be more clearly stated.
Now we know that:
the Check in is after 13h and the Check out until 11h.
Too late for us,
but we hope that other tourists who like to stay there,
won't be 'surprised' this way.
For the rest: thank you very much for your organisation.
It all went very smoothly, and we will definitely
recommend Holidays in Barcelona to friends and relatives who want to visit Barcelona in the future.

I just wanted to email to say that my friends and I had a fantastic time in barcelona. We thought the apartment was excellent value for money given the size and location.
There were only two minor faults, one with the toilet which didn't always fill with water, and the television didnt work, but these didn't stop us from enjoying our holiday.
The main problem I found was I had difficulty getting in contact with you by telephone before we left, and when we arrived at the airport. When I phoned I recieved a message from the telephone company saying that I couldn't be connected, which made me think that you were not going to be there to meet us. I had to keep trying to phone you for 15 minutes before I got connected.
Since I have returned I have recommended your company to some of my friends who will probably contact you soon for accomodation. Thankyou,
