This is very Practical and Cosy Studio Apartment, located only 35 meters from the Barceloneta Beach, but still close to the Most Visited Barcelona Monuments and Attractions. This Barcelona Apartment in the Summer is for Sea Lovers. There is a very nice convenience store, just 20 meters away. And the Barcelona Ocean Boulevard, where you will find Barcelona’s Beach Bars (the "Chilinguitos")
together with some of the Best Sea Food Restaurants.
10 minutes walking will take you to the Gothic Quarter, and in 20 minutes to the Ramblas Come to enjoy the Summer in Barcelona

In the heart of Barceloneta, the original “fishermen’s area” of Barcelona. If you like cooking this apartment has a marvellous market for sea food, only 2 min walking from the front door. Fabulous location to enjoy and explore the city and the beaches. Outstanding location for Sea Lovers, 50 meters from Beach Bars and from the Sea Boulevard. Convenience store, restaurants and bars just around the corner, serving tasty portions of Paella and local fish freshly caught. Within 40 meters is also the port of Barcelona, where you can find some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city. And as well lively bars of all varieties.
Just 10 minutes walking is the Gothic Quarter, a beautiful area with buildings from XIII and XIV century. Charming winding streets and stunning archways. In the Gothic you can also find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, the famous Las Ramblas, the Palau de la Música concert hall and many other sites of interest. The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, tapas bars and pavement cafes. To the other side of Barceloneta you will find the Villa Olímpica, with its shopping areas, Casino and frenetic night-life. There are easy transport options to all parts of Barcelona, including Plaza Cataluña where the Tourist Bus departures, and to the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’smasterpiece of architectural creativity. The Air Conditioning is Fantastic to come home to after a hot day on the Beach, and the kitchen is fairly roomy and well equipped.

The correspondence with your company and the apartment rental itself went incredibly smoothly - thank you for contributing to a Fantastic week in Barcelona!
For other guests - we suggest the restaurant "SOMO ROSTRO"
a few blocks up (11 San Cales Street).
Their delicious menu changes daily, there is a fantastic fixed price option for 14 €
and if you go between 8 pm and 9 pm they give you a free bottle of wine!

Really close to the Barcelona Beach, restaurants and the City.
The Barcelona Apartment itself was really well equipped
with everything we needed.
On arrival to Barcelona the Holidays in Barcelona staff
were VERY helpful, speaking to the Taxi Driver to give directions since we were almost "no Spanish".
On our arrival to the Barcelona Apartment Matt was very helpful also,
making the process very simple, giving us a great Barcelona Map,
explaining anything we needed to Know, & recommending markets and areas to visit.
